    In this topic, all skills on the forum will be recorded.

    Some Paragon skills may be exclusive to other characters. In that case, no other character can possess that skill.

    Note that the "level" for skills has not been recorded. This is to prevent restrictions for character building: essentially, two skills that would ordinarily be learned at level 10 in the games could now both be learned by the same character class.
